My experience at the hotel was quite frustrating, mainly due to poor service, which really ruined our stay. While the room itself was clean and spacious with the whirlpool tub we wanted, the interaction with the staff left much to be desired. Our brief stint there felt chaotic and unfriendly, turning what should have been a festive evening into a regrettable experience.

The hotel was a decent choice for a quick overnight stay, with clean rooms and a reasonably good breakfast. However, be mindful of the credit card hold policy which may lead to unexpected charges. While the location was convenient, interactions with the staff could be hit or miss, affecting the overall experience.
